Why You Should Freak Out

There’s a lot to freak out about. In the last 6 months we’ve been bombarded with news on:
The Economy
The Recession
The Election
Bird Flu
The Housing Bubble
Credit Default Swaps
Ponzy Schemes
Stimulus Plans
Swine Flu

What’s next?

Alien Abduction
Trapezoid Schemes
Ox Pox

The Bottom Line:
There will always be something to freak out about. It’s not hard to find. So if you want to have a reason to freak out, just watch the news to hear about “tough times,” “in this economy,” and “times like these.”

Or, you can choose not to get sucked in.

That doesn’t mean that you bury your head in the sand. It means that you know what’s going on in the world, without getting sucked in to the melodramatic energy that the media spins. You stay above the panic, with your eyes wide open.

We live in an uncertain, constantly changing world. But everyday we have a choice in how we deal with it. We can get frustrated and overwhelmed, or we can choose to approach our lives and challenges with humor.

Which do you choose?
